Nomination of Mr. Wissam Karim as Ambassador of the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity in Albania, within the framework of strengthening economic and tourism diplomacy:

As part of efforts to strengthen economic and tourism diplomacy and to consolidate Tunisia’s presence in international arenas, the Tunisian businessman Mr. Wissam Karim has been officially appointed Ambassador of the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity (Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity – DMPP) to the Republic of Albania.
This appointment crowns a remarkable professional career, as well as the role played by Mr. Wissam Karim in supporting international cooperation and promoting the values of peace and sustainable development. It also reflects the confidence placed by international organizations in Tunisian competencies and their ability to contribute effectively to global challenges.
The newly appointed ambassador is expected to contribute to strengthening economic and investment relations, opening new prospects for tourism cooperation between Tunisia and the Balkan countries, and supporting development and humanitarian initiatives that fall within the mandate of the Diplomatic Mission for Peace and Prosperity—an international organization holding consultative status and accredited with several international bodies.
